among different vintage analog polysynths models
can you please say what polysynthesizer was used

The analog synth sounds don't sound particular to a particular make of synth, they could be a Prophet 5, a Jupiter, Juno, or something else. Maybe even a monosynth(s).

The string chords you hear are from a string machine, such as ARP Solina, Logan, Crumar, or similar.

Where did you find the songs?
Two VCO: thanks to the push rods, one can choose several forms of waves at the same time!
(from a Babelfish translation of a Jupiter-6 site)

Yamaha: Motif XS6, TX802 Roland: D-550 Alesis: A6 Andromeda

By which artist are these?

Yes.

But which movie?

If it's possible to find that out, one might be able to find out the artist, which means you might find out what the gearlist was or do a more educated guess. Right now there's a whole bunch of machines including the usual suspects but not something that gives you accurate information.

Also
The analog synth sounds don't sound particular to a particular make of synth
It's really really hard (to the point of impossible) of trying to figure out a piece of music copied from tape to Youtube video quality. There's just so much that happens after the synthesizer goes into the mixing desk (and between) that you're off better when you just want to recreate the sound - it's a lot easier to give useful advice regarding that.
