What is this sound?

Can someone tell me what is making this noise? Or how I could replicate it? it sorta sounds like a Theremin.

Sounds like a tringle or sine wave with some portamento layered with a toy piano or glockenspiel.

Agree with Z, likely not a theremin, well controlled pitch sliding like that is achieved via a portamento function on many synths.
