just because i'm curious... are the midi jacks upside down??? none of the german products i own (jomox xbase 09, mfb 503, acidlab bassline 2) has the midi jack built in the "right" way (except the microwave 1...). kinda funny

The Miami's Midi & Sync jacks have the 5 pin holes (female) at the top with the square hole at the bottom (which means they are upside down)

I think because they all fasten the PCB to the front panel. This way the controls (potentiometers etc.) can be soldered directly to the upper side of the PCB, and MIDI ports go to the lower side of the PCB and thus appear inverted.
Just my idea, never seen such synth in person.
