Can anyone identify this instrument?

Anyone recognise the synth in the attached image? It looks like a MIDI version of the right-hand part of a Russian accordion.

Looks like a Yamaha KX5 that has been modded with accordion keys controller.

I suppose that's from the London 1988 concert. Michel Geiss was often seen playing the Cavagnolo Midy 3m. For some reason he is mostly seen playing knob keys.
