Quite an "interesting" claim that it's "100% polyphonic" :D

100% polyphonic probably means it's a divide-down design, i.e. home organ / string machine -territory.

If you want to hear a PS series synth in action listen to the first Yellow Magic Orchestra album or Sakamoto's Thousand Knives of Ryuichi Sakamoto. Supposedly YMO were still using a PS3100 on the Solid State Survivor sessions.

divide down is NOT 100% poly

I think only Korg made 100% polyphonic synths (PS, VC 10 :) )... or is there anything else?

If you're a complete pedant, then yes. But most reasonable people would consider the fact that you can press down all the keys at the same time and they all make noise to be fully polyphonic.

I am a complete pedant on stuff like this :) if there's only one filter, one vca, or even only one envelope for all voices, I don't consider it fully polyphonic. and you know stab, we have the term paraphony, so why not call it what it is?

yeah, paraphonic is a better term if it's all going through one amp and one filter.
