Micromoog?
Am i nuts or does there seem to be a difference in sound when you have the oscillator set to a particular footage as opposed to the wide frequency tuning? i had it set up with the same octave same filter settings, etc and the wide section seemed to be a little hotter and drive the filter a little more, specially in the lower octaves.
anybody else notice this?
My modular so far: Q104, Q106, Q107, Q108, Q109 x2 , Q116, Q118, Q127 w/Q140, Q130, STG Wave Folder, playing with Moog Voyager, VX-351, CP-251, MF-104M (x2 STEREO!)

I don't really have an answer but both could actually be true....

Maybe it's a calibration issue..?

could be. i dont know im not complaining or anything, i actually kinda like it. gives a little more variety. maybe when i had work done on it, having newer and older components in there affected the signal path somehow??? its not a huge difference, like switching it to wide sounds like im putting it through a big muff or something.sequentialsoftshock wrote:Maybe it's a calibration issue..?
