there are company's out there that make great products but to try to get them to answer a
or give you some help with their product is like pulling teeth. You have better luck coming here with your questions probably 99 percent of the time. I understand that some company's don't use the same language as you and some things get "lost in translation" this happened to me with waldorf before. Great company, but the way they worded some of their instructions left me and my band mate clueless, and I am sure not one German speaking person had a problem with it. But that is a "lost in translation" issue, (all your bass, are belong to us) which is different than a good or poor customer support.

Most of my gear is obselete so there is no such thing as customer service.

I found an old M-Audio (lol) CD for software that came with my budget keyboard. It had some sweet cheap GM keyboard choir sounds that I figured might be useful. I ran into trouble with the installer, so I sent their support an email a few months ago and never got a response. Wasn't a big deal but I definitely would not recommend their products if you can't get any help with problems you might have.

Why bother? Unless it's some software problems I've never needed customer support.
Anyway most of my gear has probably been around longer than the people giving the support
Nowadays the internet community is far more helpful, hence I come here

It is very important IMO, with existing companies / products that is. Something like the lifetime guarantee of Cwejman modules or Neutrik cables is just nice.
