Anyone ever play with the CV in on a Roland SDE-3000

Post by donaldm » Wed Mar 26, 2008 5:49 pm

I just bought one of these on a whim of the 'Bay (mainly because it was cheaper than a D-Two or a PCM-41). Should the CV in on it be cool to receive signals from the Patch panel on my MS20? I'm hoping to send it voltage and run the filter of the MS20 in th effects loop on the SDE.

anyways.....

To make sure check the manual, it's available on roland's website. I would have thought that any voltage from 0-5V should be fine.

Not the Roland, but I have an old DOD delay unit hat lets you modulate the delay time with a CV. It worked but I never found it all that useful, your mileage may vary.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

No worries, I'm sure one of the nice General Synths mods will be along in a minute to move it. Probably Jack. :thumbright:
