Getting an album mastered, what should I know?

Discussions on sound production outside the synthesizer such as mixing, processing, recording, editing and mastering.

Could be, although overseas shipping costs on a couple hundred LP's could seriously cut into any money that you'd saved on pressing.

I'm going with cd. Lp, while cool, would seriously cut down on my potential market (that & I wouldn't even be able to play it myself).

you can go FLAC and let people burn their own CDs and save you the physical burden

I could, but I'm a big fan of album/disk art & having a professional looking finished product. Probably not the most realistic mindset these days, but I'm sticking to it.
