Electrix Warp Factory MK1 vs. MK2

Just wondering if anyone knew the difference between the two models? I've noticed the MK1 is going for almost twice what the MK2 is. Is there something that's better about the 1st generation? Getting one of the two in the next couple days so I was looking for some advice on the subject.

I don't think there actually is a MK2. I think it was one of the things announced by Electrix before they went out of business (the second time), but it was never released as far as I know.

the mk2's do exist, just didn't make it to mass production. where are you seeing mk1's go for more, or rather mk2's for less? mk2's of any electrix gear barely ever turn up on ebay...

Well I saw an new mk2 from this place for $200, but I saw a used mk1 for around $300 on ebay

pretty sure the only differences in the second round were new faceplates & supposedly cleaner signal.

Just got an mk1 off ebay for about $170.00 and can't wait to mess around with that thing.
