Opinions needed, it seems strange as a new seller he is just listing tens upon tens of these SM57's. I think he's making fakes.

The seller seems suspicious, he already got a negative feedback in which the buyer claims that they are fake.

Ask him to send you good quality pics of the xlr connector. If there are no pin numbers then they are probably fake.
It is all about sharing...
