Minibrute 2S vs. Roland SE02

I'm looking to get a synth with a sequencer that I can use to create backing tracks and textures. I currently have a Nord Lead 2 but no sequencers.

Anyone have any thoughts about the relative pros and cons of the Minibrute 2S vs. the Roland SE02 that purpose? Are there others in that price range that I've missed?

cons: they are both monosynths with monophonic sequencers

@Ashe37 If I was to open it up more to general grooveboxes around that same price point, what would you recommend?

without going into vintage territory i don't know what is currently available that would be good for sequencing external poly devices.

The Minibrute 2S has better options on itself, but I have yet to see one sequencing another synth.
