The two synths are very different.

Minilogue: 4 voice polyphonic, patch memory, MIDI control of most parameters

Odyssey: monophonic, no MIDI control of parameters

So do you need to play chords or not? What kind of music will you be playing? Do you have plans to perform live?

BTW the Korg MS-20 is no more complex than the Odyssey. The patch panel just makes it look more complicated.

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.
