dx11 is 8-part multitimbral w/ xtra waveforms other than sine vs. dx-100 1 timbral DX7-style. both are 4-op, though.
t3 is expanded M1, 01/w has nicest sound of the three imho, but Karma is awesome in the right hands...
d-50, personally. the 4-way tone mixer is tits.

Yamaha DX11 - can do everything a DX100 can - the DX100 is only worth it if it MUST have mini-keys
Korg Karma - it's unique - if it was the Yamaha EX-5 as the other option, I wouldn't be able to choose, but considering the EX-7 I would choose the Karma and maybe later I would get an EX-5.
Yamaha SY99 (an SY77 would probably do it too) - FM is really cool, I had one SY77 and loved it (sold it hoping I would get an SY99 or a TG77 but I got a Nord Modular G2X for FM instead) and I have a Korg 03R/W + RE1 (similar to the 01 without waveshaping and less waveforms) and I hope I can sell it cause the new ROMplers can do the same stuff and more.
Roland JD-800 - Just because of the interface - If you were considering Roland D-550 / JD-990 / MKS-70, I wouldn't be able to choose one as they all seem like pieces I'd love to have (I only have the Roland D-550 and I absolutely love it)
