Anyone had experience enough to rank these beasts side-by-side in a primarily studio-based setting?
How much does the departure from the discrete component construction of the 201 alter the sound?
The CV control feature available in the 301 really sounds like it could be the deal-clincher...
Is the chorus really that great?
The price differential seems to be about + 1/3 of the 201 for the 301.
Thoughts?/HELP

The chorus is nice, but I'm sure you'd get the same effect from a $65 pedal.

i have a 201 and got to use a friend's 301 last week. the reverb is another big difference. unless there's something messed up w/ my 201, the reverb only affects the dry signal & not the echoes. 301 correctly reverbs them both.
