i've read online that you can download all the sounds from the xv to the xr, is this true?
is anthing lost in the transaction? loss of sound quality and so on? what do yuo recomend

Roland has "translated" 1024 patches (factory presets?) from the XV5080 into Fantom X format.

Online scuttlebutt is they sound close "but not quite the same", which is typical for such patch porting.

so they arent as good or? do you really hear the diffrence?
