Yes it is in pretty rough shape , considering how old it is , the Key action felt good , springs look good to fair , they have a normal wobble with sound in play .

Someone's liquidating a KingKorg in the Boston metro for $595. That's a pretty good deal if you're in the market. I bet they would negotiate--seems like they need Xmas dough.
