As far as I know, the only difference is the color and number of keys... But that's just my knowledge

The Polar keybed isn't quite as nice feeling either.

Korg MS-20 is the usual suspect. That's the classic synth for heavy leads and harsh experimental madness. If it's just for piercing leads and heavy basses, the Little/Small Phatty seems to deliver.
