Headsup for australian ESX buyers!

and I presume EMX as well...
If you're looking at buying overseas because it's cheaper than herre-
The new ESX-SD comes with an external switching power supply - all you need is one of those computer-style power cords with the wall plug on one end and the 3-prong-socket on the other end.
Alternatively, the external power supply only sends out 12V DC now, so you can buy a 12V DC 240V power supply from jaycar/d**k smith/etc and just use that (it has a standard plug now, not a midi-style power plug)
So the good news is, if you buy an ESX SD (and I presume EMX SD) - you dont need to buy a step-down transformer ($50)
The bad news is I bought one before my ESX SD arrived, and they dont refund transformers.
