moog multimoog

I have been offered a multimoog for my Mk2 odyssey .....Is this a good PRICE deal...?

The MKII was some improvement over the MKI. Depending on the condition of the Odyssey (and whether if it has the 4-pole Moog 'lawsuit' filter or not) it could fetch upwards of $1200 - 1600 USD. They are hot hot right now, collectors everywhere looking for them.
Multimoog has that classic filter and goes for around $1000 - 1400 in good condition and yes everyone wants a Moog, too.
If it were me, and this particular MKII has the Moog filter, then I would probably want a couple of bills with this trade specially if the Odyssey is top condition.

Thank you ....I don't know what filter is in it as I would have to take it apart, I have the mk3 oddy which i have restored and i want to keep as well as a 2600 that has the moog type filter.
Oddys here are bringing around 1800e.......If i swop something i just like to know if i am doing myself no matter how useful the moog might be.

Your Odyssey is far more valuable than a multimog, A odyssey now £2000+ Multimoog £1000+ keep it.
Ive got 5 Odysseys and 2 multimoogs expect them going up soon.

I had a surge of GAS when I was offered the multi knowing it was not a good swop..But I needed to be put to my senses here..And cheers for all that. This one is in very nice condition but has sat too long in it's flight case...I must use it more.
Should start a thread of gear you didn't use but wished you had kept it...?
