There's a seller (buyjapan001) on eBay who I bought my MS10 & MS20 off of, and it seems like he always has a few of these. Just wondering how you think he acquires them since his posts are very sparse. They both were in good condition & had US power supplies. Do you think these were ones that sat at Korg HQ for a long time & were then purchased, or were leased by korg originally ? I'm just curious as to the path which would have led them to Japan with US plugs.
Questions aside, I would recommend this seller ! Definitely no issue, except that prices are a bit high. Shipping was about $100 both times, but I ordered on a Wednesday both times (funny) & received by Saturday !

This has been happening for many years whether it be casual, occasional sellers on Ebay or someone much larger and organized like Modeless Factory.
Yes, there seems to be a lot of vintage Japanese synths floating around Japan still that are getting sold abroad but far less than there were 3-4 years ago.
