Hello all!
I've recently sold my Mackie ONXY 1220i FireWire mixing console because I simply didn't need something so big, especially as many of my synths have also recently sold, and therefore barely anything was connected to it.
I still have a handful of Synths (Blofeld, Mopho X4, Electribe and soon a Roland JP-08), so I still need some kind of Audio interface for the Mopho and Electribe (the other two have audio over USB).
I'm short on desk-space so I need something tiny - if its bus powered then even better.
What are your recommendations?
Cheers!
-Ben

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

I can recommend the Onyx Blackjack. Works seamlessly with my mac and Logic. Didn't need to load any drivers/software, etc. -- just plug and play. Sounds good to my ears, and is usb-powered. Very well-built, too!

Steinberg's UR22 has very good audio quality if you want cheap. RMEs Fireface UC is small with plenty of I/O s.

Another +1 for the Scarlett. Or if you've the money, The Focusrite Forte is smaller and a lot better sounding. If you don't want to solve latency issues, go Thunderbolt with Clarett 2 Pre: small and no latency. These boxes will have driver support for a long time.
