Sample packs (old drum machines)

Post by Plumpudding » Tue Jan 23, 2018 4:44 pm

Hello people!

Ages ago someone here posted a page of someone who made free sample packs of old drum machines. He/she also did sample packs recorded via different means, such as from vinyl among other things. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Anyways, thanks in advance.

If you google you will find plenty of free sample packs of old drum machines.

Goldbaby has a number of free packs as teasers for the ones you have to pay for. They do a lot of packs recorded to tape.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

Okay thanks. I was looking for a specific page, though. I downloaded what I wanted years ago, but it has been lost in crashes and re-installs.

I don't think this quite matches your description 100%, but this great site is always worth mentioning when it comes to drum samples: http://samples.kb6.de/
