Hi, thanks for accepting me in this forum ... I´m new here. :D

I´ve got a Yamaha synth SY77 and MIDI interface Midiman Midisport 4x4

regarding the software Sound diver v. 3.0.5, by installing manually the SY77 clicking on it in the install page, it does proceed to the installation, but at the end the logo of the synth doesen´t appear in the setup page linked to the computer icon

I'm away from my PC currently , but , Soundiver should scan all midi ports found on your computer including any built into the motherboard . Did you see your Midiman mentioned as the dialogue box scrolled through all devices and channels ?
Additionally do you have 2 midi cables/connections : Out of midiman to In of synth and Out of synth to In of midiman ?

In the past I've also struggled with Soundiver finding hardware. Good luck .
