Emagic Unitor 8 MkII on the new Intel machines and OS?

Post by chrisakaneelix » Sat Dec 09, 2006 1:18 am

Is anybody using the Emagic Unitor 8 series interfaces with OSX on the new Intel machines? I'm assuming that no new drivers will ever be written for these interfaces, but I don't know if that will be an issue yet or not. I have 4 of them linked on a G5 right now, and I'm just wondering if I just go ahead and start changing over to another interface solution while I have a little down time... Especially with a new OS coming out...

Thanks!

Over on the logic groups there are reports of people using them with no probs on new Intel Macs. Something about drivers being incorporated into coremidi though it may be through Logic 7.2.........In any case they are working on Intel Macs
