When using softsynths, is it a very difficult and frustrating task to use hardware compression,eg, or analog filters like the sherman to the sofysynths? I was wondering because i was thinking about getting a open labs miko as a host for all VSTs, if doing this all in one computer is as easy as pie, it would save me alot of money from not buying the miko. Also when u render midi to audio, and your using good ad/da converters, do u get the sound of those converters on the softsynth afterwards.?
