How to tune-up samples?

I spent hours on tuning-up samples - if they are out of tune just for few cents, I have to tune them up in Fruity Loops or multitrack software manually, by ear or using external tuner, which is complicated and annoying.
I found some utilities, that tune samples automatically on specific note, but they is no help, because they also change the lenght of the sample (which is pretty bad when I need to transpose loops).
Could anyone hlep me with that, please?

Antares autotune and melodyne both will do what you want. Also, any decent wav editor like wavelab will pitchshift samples extremely well

Gsnap is a free pitch corection VST that might be worth checking out.
