Based on recent research, I would say that's kind of high. Assuming it works fully, and comes with nothing, I would try for $150 or less.
Do you even post on vse bro?

If it comes with the 4x+scsi expander, has the keyboard fix and/or a bunch of disks(commercial! not home-made) it's still on the edge of too much, imo.
God help me, I love the EPSes but the original is a bear if it's unupgraded/unfixed.

What has to be fixed on a regular EPS ? What's the keyboard fix ? Replacing a ribbon cable ?

The keyboard is split in to two zones in the middle, there's a ribbon cable connecting the two that always fails. Sometimes you can reseat it but it's usually broken internally from age/abuse.
Any good tech can solder jumpers across the space easily but it's a pain in the a*s to get to it.
Then there's the overheating issues, hard to source replacement FDD... It's definitely a fan's board at this point.
