HELP needed for PSU Cheetah SX16

Hi,

I recently bought a Cheetah SX16 sampler on ebay, but didn't get a powersupply for it. I already checked the internet for info, but wasn't lucky, maybe somebody around here (British based forum might help knows more:

For making up a substitute I'd like to get info about the PSU itself (AC or DC) the Voltage and Amps plus info about the very unusual looking pinconnector (it's a weird looking sixpin DIN connector)

it outputs 5volt 2amp dc / +12volt 2a dc / -12volt 2a dc.. no id on what pins tho..!
anyone out there with a manual or nigel brown's cheetah cheater ? thanks

Hey guys,

I already bought a second SX16 for close to nothing with a working PSU.. Turned out that somebody altered the power input of my first unit to get by with a less unusual PSU. The original weighs twice as much s the sampler itself.

Having the second SX16 as an example I have been able to return it to original status. It now serves as a source for spares if i ever need them for the other one.

Good to hear! I also bought a second sx-16 just incase!.. this one came with expanded memory .
