WORLD KEYBOARD 3 QUESTION

Hello synth forum,

I have a General Music WorldKeyboard 3. The Sampling AUDIO INTERFACE HAS BEEN MIYSTERIOUSLY DISABLED? How do I turn this back on... Does anyone know?
