JX-3P Dead Square Wave

Hello fellow vintage synth explorers! It's been just shy of a year now since I've last posted here regarding problems I was having with a JX3P that I bought for a steal. Since then I've built up my soldering chops and actually fixed the synth's keyboard and it's time to address it's other problems!
Putting the synth into test mode reveals that channel 2's square waves are barely audible on DCO's 1&2. (Channel 2's square & pulse waves work fine) There also seems to be a problem with channel 2's metal crossmod but not its sync crossmod. Also, the synth's sequencer doesn't seem to work properly? When I press the write button buttons 1-16 light up for about a second then dissapear. Hitting start plays a bunch of random notes. Perhaps I just don't know how to use it? I'm actually not too concerned about the sequencer but if it's related to the voice issues or if it's an easy fix I'll happily take advice.
One other thing. When posting about my problems earlier this year someone suggested I replace my synths NAND gate. Anyone think this is accurate? Thanks in advance!
