Stand frustration!!!

Greetings.
Happy New Year.
I have a Quiklok QL642. Had it since new. Quiklok Europe support haven’t replied to me. Useless!
I am trying to reduce my footprint and reduce my rig. Can I get a set of extension arms to give me 3 tiers instead of 2?
The alternative is to buy a new stand at £145. Don’t want to spend on Quiklok again if they can’t help.
Might sell and get an alternative. Ideas?
