Alpha Juno 2 Aftertouch & SQ80 Key bushings

Hi, Can anyone here confirm for me if the D50 aftertouch strip is interchangeable with the one in the Alpha Juno 2? Any special calibration I would have to do?

I'm also wondering if anyone has info on the syntaur SQ80 bushing repair kit. If anyone knows what the bushings are made out of to see if I can DIY them or salvage them myself.
