Anywhere that sells electronics supplies, really. Digikey, Mouser, Arrow, Radio Shack :lol:, whatever...

I don't know if you meant 4700 uF or 470 uF, but if you intended 4700uf then Nichicon UHE1E472MHD would probably be a part to consider. If 470 uF then Panasonic FM EEU-FM1E471L.

I wouldn't buy caps on eBay. Get them from a reputable electronics dealer like any of the ones Rasputin named above.
