Getting started: Yamaha SY 55 Synthesizer

Hi,

I gladly bought a classic Yamaha SY 55 Synthesizer and would like to receive some kindful tipps and tricks how to get started.

After all the years I didn't played piano like in my childhood and never got a synthesizer, due to much to high prices in the former times. Now I'd like to get started in replaying some famous music by my own, getting known to the technics and would like to profit from the circumstance that technique has developed further on, making it very comfortable mixing up music and displaying recorded stuff on my Macs. I'd love the ancient sound of classic synthesizer, being fascinated by artists like KEBU https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCV-5d2 ... aG3MXXfXcw and many others...

I'd like to get some recommendations about:
- iOS software for Mac, ipad and iphone
- hardware recommencations for connecting devices
- further equipment
- youtube or online tutorials

It's a hard synth to learn synthesis on if you're a complete beginner. If english is your first language, this would be a good tutorial on the basics of ANY synthesizer like this:

Just realised that you're using a computer as well. I think you'd find it easier to learn with that! Garageband is excellent to start out on. For learning synthesis, in conjunction with the tutorial I posted, this synth has all the basic clearly laid out:
