Yamaha CS-15 drone problem. Repair advice wanted

Hi all,

Hope everyone is safe and healthy with what's been going on in the world.

While in lockdown, I want to attempt to fix a problem I'm having with my Yamaha CS-15, but first I would like to ask you all for some help before I open everything up.

The problem I'm having is an endless droning pitch from whatever the last key was that I played and it never decays. It's like having a never ending release. Everything else on synth works fine except this.
Could this be a problem with the gates on the keyboard?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

There are two "Initial Level" dials, one in each VCA section. Are they turned up? Either one? That makes it drone. Assuming it's not actually broken. So just turn them both down. It is a common complaint with the Yamahas.
