Ensoniq DP4 output parts no. anyone?

Hi found that jack socket for output3 has broken on my DP4 (not plus)

this one is actually thicker than other sockets and I couldn't find it from anywhere.

Does anyone know what's the model no. or what kind if socket should I buy for this?
