Ensoniq dp4 output issue

Hi

I have this Ensoniq DP4 and couldn't get the sound from output 4

I've done factory reset and Sine wave test procedure but still couldn't get the sound from output 4.

is there any specific stuffs that I need to make output 4 work?

For instance, I've plugged only output4 (not 3&4)

if anyone have idea, please, let me know
