Two quiet voices on an AX60

Hello! I have an ax60 that I was using without many problems (other than buttons not triggering sometimes, but I think that's just a matter of cleaning some contacts), but recently I've had two of the voices on the synth go super quiet. They still sound normal and are in tune and everything, it's just they're probably at about 10% the volume of the other 4 voices. Any idea what the problem is or what I need to replace? Also, any thoughts on the Tauntek upgrade for the AX60? Is it worth it? Thanks!
