Juno 60 repair help(video)

Hello!
i searched everywhere for an issue like that on the juno but nothing found so
i wonder if you can help me!

Right now the juno is unusable.
When you turn it on,the key transpose led is always on no matter what.
There is an annoying holding polyphony notes in the backround all the time like the hold key is stuck.
The hold switch is working though and so it seems for the transpose key (although the led is always on).
If it makes any sense the delay time slider seems not doing anything.

I checked the transistors near the hold and transponse switches tr2,tr3,tr4 and are ok.But i noticed that tr1 has not any voltage on it.
I checked the cables and the connectors and measured the psu voltages.Everything seems OK
Also i cannot get into the test mode as the key transpose led is always on, i assume.

If you have cleaned the Hold button the cleaner could break down the contact material resulting in a dead short (stuck on). I would try removing it to see if that helps.
