Kurzweil K2600R issue

Hi

so when I try to change MIDI channel with the upper/lower on the leftside of the panel, the screen jams but it still sounds then suddenly appears "c cram index 43 error 187" and sometime it freezes with jammed screen.

also I tested stuffs on diagnostics and Object blk and 2ndNVRAM has failed

and I had similar 2ndNVRAM fail issue with K2000R so I tried 'taking out the battery trick' and seemed it's okay but it started to fail again a few minutes later.

Does anyone know how can I solve this problem? Thanks.
