Hi !
Problem : I use Kenton 2000 for midi connection to the Korg Ms20
The synth is perfectly in tune. But when connecting the Kenton to the VCO in and TRIG in. The synth is out of tune.
I use Hertz/octave. So that’s not the problem.
I can tune and scale the Kenton which I did. So high and low C are fine. But the notes in between are off. The low mid C is even too low and high mid C to high and highest C is perfect, so the detune is not linear…
What could be the problem ?
Thanks !!

Re: Ms20 VCO input out of tune
Are you connecting the Kenton to the MS-20 "Total" jack or one of the two "VCO In" jacks?
The 'total' and 'freq' input jacks on the MS-20 and MS-10 which control the oscillators' frequencies are scaled in V/OCT, while the VCO In jacks are Hz/V. That's why they are marked as +/- 5V. Fun, eh? The "VCO In" jacks are wired Hz/V.

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.
