No clue about the shop but those modern replacement boards came from a guy in Germany who sells them on eBay. You wont get super amazing support on those boards but they do work, I have used them.

It looks a bit suspect to me... it might be genuine but for the prices they charge for their gear, I'd be employing someone to at least give their website a good going over... bad spelling, lack of capitals, poor sentence structure... plus generic photos of the gear advertised for sale... it looks like it was knocked up by some kidAndrew gear wrote: ↑Wed Sep 07, 2022 3:57 amHello everyone, I want to buy a Power Supply for Roland Jupiter 8. If you want to buy from them, at least buy using your credit card... at least that way you'll have some sort of buyer protection and can reverse the transaction if it all goes pear-shaped.

Re: For buying Roland Jupiter 8 parts
I'm with Tekhed66 on this one. Of course it could be legit but if it is, they didn't try very hard to make it look so.
Some more red flags in additions to the ones already raised:
- The given address is a residential address. Look it up on Google Streeview.
- The promise of fixing any problematic synth shipped to them within a week max.
- If they have "all the parts" as they claim, why do they just sell a selection of five expensive parts?
- Common sense: I very much doubt it is possible to pay a team of four people on repairs for two or three extremely rare synthesizer models. I doubt they could survive even if every remaining Jupiter-8 owner in the world sent their Jupiter to them every year for maintenance.
- The two Trustpilot reviews look extremely generic. Not something I would expect a stereotypical Jupiter-8 owner to write after they sent their expensive gear for repair.
I'd probably also try to look up if "Rolandjp, Inc" exists in any Australian company directory. Based on some quick searches I couldn't find such a company but someone from Australia might know better than me where to look.
All in all I'd stay clear from that website.

Re: For buying Roland Jupiter 8 parts
This website again lol It is 100% a scam
They're hoping some poor fool with send their precious JP off to repair and they ship it overseas for sale. Their FB page has a video which has been taken from youtube. There are plenty of other legit places you can find online to find a PSU for a JP8. There's nothing at that adress in Chullora, NSW. I am a vintage synth tech in Sydney and have serviced plenty of vintage synths including Jupiters and have never heard of these guys!
