MFB Dominion 1 knob removal

MFB Dominion 1 knob removal

I have an MFB Dominion 1 one of the knobs on which feels as if the nut holding the pot to the front panel is loose. I'd like to get the knob off it, so I can tighten it or work out what else might be the trouble. But I can't work out how to do that without trashing the knob.

So does anyone know either how to remove the knobs without damaging them, or alternatively where I can get replacements?
