Ensoniq TS10, problem loading patches via midi Sys-Ex

Hi there, I recently purchased an old Ensoniq TS10.

I have not managed to load any patch banks via Midi Sys-Ex. I spent the past night & today trying , but no cigar.

Im wondering if there is some trick to this that Im not aware of.
Iv used SysEx Librarian for over a decade without any issues on many synths for loading/ backing up patches, so Im very familiar with this system.

On the TS10 I have Midi Sys-Ex enabled, which the manual states is the only thing needed in order to receive Sys=Ex data, patches etc.

I have successfully backed up my own patches. I have adjusted the transmission speed from 100% to the slowest & tried each of the few patch banks I have ( downloads).

The midi in port is working, tested with note input from another synth.

What else is there? The TS10 is set to Omni on, & is on midi channel 1, though I have tried a few other midi input channels.
