I'm trying to use my prophet 2000 as a MIDI controller for a Roland sound module, and I can get everything to work except the sustain pedal. The light on the roland lights up when I press the pedal, so I know it is recieving data, but nothing happens to the sound. I've tried editing the preset on the prophet (as if I was just using the alternate release footswitch normally, to sustain something o the prophet), but that doesn't seem to have any effect. I also noticed in the manual that they talk about the MIDI values for the Alternate Release Footswitch, but I can't figure out how to edit these. Ugh! If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them. Thanks!
