TR-626 programming help!

So...I just dusted it off after not using it for several years...does anyone remember how to program it? I am thinking Shift+Stepwrite...but after that I havne't a clue...

The manual is online, just like all of Rolands manuals.

I used to use the record-write method, it was a bit of a headache though.

Actually, I thought the same, but it appears as though they do not have it linked anymore.
