Slider lube

I know there was a recent post where someone specified some good slider lube and contact cleaner (DeOxit for the latter?). anyways, I couldn't find it.

What is best to use on stiff (but not crackly or dirty) sliders to smooth them up?
Do you even post on vse bro?

It still says Deoxit, but it's a different kind. Was that it?
