MIDI CC# question for AN1x people.

I'm controlling my Minimax via my AN1x, and I'm trying to figure out if I can use a foot controller plugged into the AN1x to control Filter Cutoff on the Minimax (since the Minimax, sadly, lacks a foot controller input of its own). If the foot controller is set to control the filter cutoff on the AN1x, it looks like it transmits this on CC#30. But filter cutoff on the Minimax is CC#40.
Under "Control Change Modes" in the AN1x Data List book CC#40 is blank. Does this mean the AN1x doesn't transmit CC#40?
My MIDI knowledge isn't very extensive, so please bear with me if this is a dumb question.

If you cannot change it manually you can always run it through a translator which will convert it on the fly.

Each controller (wheel, knob, foot controller etc) can be set to control an internal parameter (using control matrix) and an external midi cc (using utility setup menu)
how to do this is explained on pages 50 and 95-96 of the AN1x manual

I remember looking in the manual before and thinking it wasn't very clearly explained (i.e. they tell you that you can do it but don't really illustrate how), but I re-read it and and sat down with the AN1x and Minimax and got it working. Yay! Maybe I'm getting smarter. Now I can do filter sweeps and still have two hands free.
