Prophet 5 CV and trigger issues. i need help.

i remember a thread a while back from someone who had problems controlling their P5 via cv. i cant find it now, but i am having those problems. mainly 2:

1-trigger. note on/note off issue-its backwards. how is this solved? i know its not the polarity of the cable, i have tried all combinations, no dice.

2-scale. is this scaled at something besides 1v/octave? its gotta be, cause im getting wierd intervals.

if this was all addressed in that previous thread, maybe someone can just point me to it? thanks alot.

EDIT-scaling is 1v/octave on p5, just checked on meter. issue is with output units' cv. still trying to figure out this trigger thing.
